About

Safe Inside A guided series for those who have experienced relational abandonment, control, or threat, and want to feel safer within themselves again. When relationships have felt unstable, overwhelming, or unsafe, your system learns to protect. That protection can continue long after circumstances change, showing up as overthinking, difficulty relaxing, pulling away, over-adapting, or a constant sense of alertness in connection. This is not something wrong with you. It is a system that adapted to keep you safe. Safe Inside supports how your system now holds and responds to those experiences. Not by removing what happened, but by reducing the intensity and grip it has on your present. It works with both the emotional and physiological layers of protection, helping your system recognise when it is no longer in the same environment and reducing automatic threat responses over time. Through guided attention, imagery, and suggestion, this work supports your nervous system to reorganise its relationship to past experience in a way that feels safe and sustainable. Nothing is forced. Nothing is overridden. Instead, your capacity to feel settled, present, and more at ease within yourself and in connection can gradually increase. This series is particularly supportive for those who notice patterns of withdrawal, over-adaptation, or heightened alertness in relationships, and who want to build a more stable internal sense of safety. This is not a replacement for therapy or medical care, but a way to support the system alongside it. You learned to protect yourself for a reason. This work supports that protection to soften, so it no longer defines how you feel, respond, and relate.
